About The Program
Kinnect Gives Back (KGB) is our way of making kindness a habit. We’re a young, energetic community, and KGB is our collective step towards creating impact beyond our desks. It’s a program designed to help Kinnectors extend meaningful support to someone they personally know — whether it’s a driver, a domestic help, or a member of their extended community. Every time a Kinnector chooses to support a child’s education or help someone in need of medical care, it’s more than an act of generosity — it’s the start of a ripple effect. One act inspires another. And together, we create a culture where compassion fuels change.
Join The Movement
Through KGB, Kinnect sponsors up to ₹20,000 per employee for one individual, towards either an educational or a medical cause. From paying a student’s school fees to covering urgent medical treatment — KGB ensures that every Kinnector has the power to make a real difference in someone’s life.
